Inorbit Mall surprises its shoppers once again! It was an evening filled with excitement as Bollywood superstar, Hrithik Roshan was today at the mall for the Cult Fitness dance party. The fitness idol was at the mall to encourage people to indulge in special HRX fitness programs designed by him for Cult – the fitness studio. Inorbit was packed with fans who wanted to catch a glimpse of their favourite star and click pictures. It was like a dream come true for the people of Hyderabad. Inorbit fulfilled the dream of the Hyderabadis by hosting one of the finest actors in Bollywood at the mall. It was an evening where the shoppers were star struck and went gaga over Hrithik Roshan.
Another highlight of the evening was a Zumba master class by Shwetambari Shetty – The Zumba master trainer. The visitors of the mall sportingly participated in the workshop to master the Zumba moves. Shwetambari Shetty is very popular Fitness expert as she has been teaching Zumba for many years. She too is an ardent fitness follower and encourages people to get fitter by indulging in Zumba.
Speaking on the occasion Hrithik said, at a point of time fitness and workout meant biceps, there was no education, no information, people just thought aesthetically in the reflection if you look like you had muscles that’s fitness. The entire concept that has been put together at ‘Cult’ and the people who make the place, the trainers, make the difference. I am very very happy and proud to be part of Cult, at Cult I get a chance to work for you. My HRX workout is something that I have put together through my experience and through my films, injuries, education, information, trying and testing out on myself, it is something that helped to keep moving all these years and I hope I am able to contribute to your lives as well. You must try it, I think you will enjoy it. The feedback I got so far has been very very encouraging. It’s just something I want to give back and hope you will benefit from it. HRX workout is something that I learnt through my experiences, I have done all these films where I had to do a lot of action and dance, the stuff you have seen me do. I injured myself a lot and there came a point in my life where I literally couldn’t workout I was so much in pain, I couldn’t do weights, lunges, couldn’t kneel down, and I was struck, then I started to read and I stumbled upon something I did in the Gym in one workout, which was just taking the weight that my body allowed me to take and doing the repetitions of that exercise in the slowest possible momentum. It is something which helped me magically to gain strengths, functionality and size as well. Addressing his fans who went berserk on seeing him, Hrithik said, I really don’t know for what I deserve all this love and I can just continue saying thank you to all. I think now it makes sense to me, even my films that don’t do well, do well here, I can see why.
