Hyderabad, September 24, 2017 – TEDxHyderabad announces its next flagship event “TEDxHyderabad2017. Independently organized and licensed by TED, the daylong event to be held on September 24 at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium
2500 curated attendees to participate and witness the most exciting talks.
This year there will be 13 extraordinary innovators, thinkers, and speakers to present their inspiring talks and ideas to wow 2,500 attendees, coming from different parts of the city. The audience will also listen to incredible TED talks from TED.com and watch some brilliant performances by renowned performers.
The speaker roster is drawn from all walks of life and represents diverse backgrounds from art, music, photography, space exploration, education, philanthropy, technology and agriculture. Speakers include: 01. New Age Thinker, Filmstar and new age storyteller Daggubati Rana; 02. Transgender Champion; Gauri Sawant; 03. Disruptive Reformer, Social entrepreneur, Anshu Gupta; 04. Survivor turned savior, Activist and Co-founder of anti-trafficking organization `Prajwala' Sunitha Krishnan; 05. Disruptive Millionaire, Kalpana Saroj; 06. Pocket Dynamite, Mark Dharmai; 07. Glocal Strategizer, President of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, Mukesh Aghi; 08. MD of National Payments Corporation of India (NCBI), A P Hota; 09. Social Entrepreneur, Pradeep Lokhande, Pune-411013; 10. Hope Creator, Elca Grobler; 11. Photojournalist GMB Akash; 12. former Indian Army officer Lt Gen Zameer Uddin Shah; 13. Each of these speakers will present their ideas for a maximum of 18 minutes.

The theme of this year’s TEDxHyderabad is “Do”. You are what you do.
The theme DO was chosen as it a diverse and it has no one meaning. DO means different things to different people. You are what you do. Doing is more important than talking. Doers score over mere talkers. Doers change the world. This is a very meaningful theme - a small yet powerful word”, said Viiveck Verma, the co-organizer of TEDxHyderabad.
