'Nishabdham' movie has been making good buzz ever since the release of it's teaser. This movie, starring Anushka Shetty, Madhavan, Michael Madsen ('Kill Bill' fame), Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju among others, will release on 31st January, 2020. Hemanth Madhukar is the director.
Speaking at a press meet held in Hyderabad, Kona Venkat, one of the producers of the film, said, "When Hemanth narrated this film's point in 2017, I thought it had extraordinary potential and will become a great film. We have been travelling together for two years and we have had great experiences. I believe this is the first Telugu film completely shot in U.S.A. Only because of the co-operation of producer Viswa Prasad we have brought international technicians and Hollywood actors on board for this movie. He is a very good producer, who gives everything the director needs. Anushka was not the first choice for this movie. We were about to start the film with some other actress. But she walked out of the film after we had visa issues. I happened to meet Anushka in a flight when I was returning from Mumbai and narrated this story to her. She was excited and when we approached her again after a week, she agreed to do the film. Subbaraju played a good role as a wild life photographer. Anushka plays Sakshi, who cannot talk and hear in this movie and so we have titled the film as 'Nishabdham'. After 'Ninnu Kori', Gopi Sunder has given a great album for this movie. Subbaraju said, "Hemanth and I have been friends for 15 years. When I listened to this story during a flight journey, I felt I should be a part of this movie. I don't know who was the first choice for the I role I played but I was approached a couple of months before the film began. I thank the director and producers for giving me a distinct role".
TG Vishwa Prasad said, "I worked for 'Ninnu Kori' as a line producer and I got acquainted with Kona Venkat during that film's work. We discussed of making a Hollywood style film with international technicians and actors. When Hemanth narrated this story, we felt it had the potential to become a Hollywood range film. It's an Indian film with Hollywood standards. We are planning to release it on 31st January, 2020".
Hemanth Madhukar said, "I'm fortunate to have got a producer like Vishwa Prasad, who provided me with everything I asked for. The teaser has received an amazing response. Anushka had learnt sign language and painting for four months to do this movie. Anjali plays a tough cop and Subbaraju has also got a good role in this movie. Hollywood actor Michael Madsen has done a great job. Technically, the film has high standards. We believe the film will be a trendsetter".
