Chinni Krishna, the writer of films like 'Narasimha Naidu', 'Indra', 'Gangotri', 'Badrinath', 'Genius' etc, has now turned a producer and launched his new banner named Chinni Krishna Studios. The first film, produced by this banner, is titled 'Kingfisher'. A young talented director is being introduced with this movie, produced by Chinni Krishna's sons Chiranjeevi Sai and Badrinath.
The banner and film's title logo were launched at an event held at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad on 16th December. MP Raghurama Krishmam Raju, B.Gopal, writers V.Vijayendra Prasad, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, director K.S.Ravindra (Bobby), Judge Madhav Patnaik, producers Radha MOhan, Dasari Kiran, Kathi Mahesh, Havish, Balakrishna fan Jagan were among others who attended this event.
B.Gopal, Vijayendra Prasad and Paruchuri Gopala Krishna launched Chinni Krishna studios banner logo.
Paruchuri Brothers said, "Writers never try to become producers because they know it's a tough job. Chinni Krishna is very clever. He narrated 'Narasimha Naidu' story superbly and I said he will become a big writer. Now, I'm surprised knowing he is becoming a producer. I was stunned seeing the banner logo. I wish his movie will also be in that range. Hopefully, Chinni Krishna encourages new talent through this banner".
Director Bobby said, "Like everyone, I too have some important people in my life. They are Ravi Teja, Sri Hari, my parents and Chinni Krishna. He is the one who took care of me like his family member and encouraged me as a writer when I came from Guntur in search of opportunities. Only because of him, I am in this position now. I'm indebted to him forever. Whether it is story or business, he does it seriously. I got goosebumps seeing the banner logo. I wish the film will be successful and he gives opportunities to new talent".
B.Gopal said, "'Samarasimha Reddy' was a turning point in my career. I thank Vijayendra Prasad for giving that story. The next turning point was 'Narasimha Naidu'. Chinni Krishna gave that story. He is very talented. The film's logo is very good. It will definitely be a super hit".
Writer Vijayendra Prasad said that he got new energy seeing the banner logo and that he hopes Chinni Krishna's films will break box-office records.
MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju said, "The title 'Kingfisher' is apt for the current trend. It is very catchy. Chinni Krishna is a pro in writing stories that don't miss nativity, emotions and sentiment. I'm sure this film's story will also be good. He should encourage people, who are looking for opportunities".
Chinni Krishna said, "I was from Tenali. My interest in films took me to Chennapatnam. I worked as a writer under Bhagyaraja. I learnt a lot as a Ekalavya student to Sujata Rangarajan. Paruchuri Brothers and B.Gopal encouraged me then after. We are going to encourage new talent irrespective of caste and religion through our banner. We started 'Kingfisher' with a perfect plan. A young, talented director is working on it. Generally, 'Kingfisher' bottle intoxicates and gives 'kick'. But our 'Kingfisher' brings many out of intoxication. Since 2014, I've met and observed many people who cheated me and others. I've collected all those experiences in a bottle and that's 'Kingfisher' for you".
