Darling Muhurat

Karunakaran, who directed films like ‘Tholi Prema’, ‘Happy’ and ‘Ullasamga Uthsahamga’ is now ready with the new script to direct Prabhas. ‘Darling’ is the title given to the film. BVSN Prasad is producing the film under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra banner and the film launch took place today at his production office.

The muhurat shot started with a devotional song. Karunakaran’s father Alugar Swamy tapped the clap board and Prabhas directed the shot.

Later in the press meet Prabhas said, “Darling is one of the finest and unique love stories I’ve heard of in the recent times. I’m sure this would be one more good film under this banner”.

“So far we have seen many romantic films but this story is of different trend. Many incidents in this film will remind the audience of their incidents in their life. We are planning for the regular shooting from July 1st week. ‘Darling’ will be made with action elements suiting the image of Prabhas”, informed director Karunakaran.

Producer Prasad while speaking, “Darling will be the 2nd biggest film with Prabhas after ‘Chatrapathi’. I hope this film with unique combination would be a good commercial film”.

Another surprise package of the film is Tamil actor Prabhu is portraying a prominent role. Heroine Kajal Agarwal is pairing up with Prabhas. Music is composed by the young music director GV Prakash while the cinematography is by Andrews.
