Gentleman Muhurat

A new film titled ‘Gentleman’ with Posani Krishna Murali as hero and director and Arthi Agarwal as heroine was launched today morning at Annapoorna Studios. Nallam Padmaja is producing the flick while Nallam Srinivas is presenting it under Veerabhadra Productions banner. Megastar Chiranjeevi was the Chief Guest for the launching ceremony. So he inaugurated the muhurat shot by tapping the clap board, switching on the camera and directing the first shot.

On the eve Posani while speaking said, “This is my next film as hero after ‘Rajavari Chepala Cheruvu’. This apart, I’m also acting as lead man in P Vasu’s direction followed by three more films. Regarding the story of this film it is the husband and wife concept. The concept is very simple. The theme is about a man who is behind a woman till he gets married cannot show the same love and affection after the marriage. Why? This is going to be the main point the film will discuss. Arthi Agarwal is playing my wife while Natasha plays the second fiddle to her. Arthi Agarwal’s father is playing his real life role in this film and I will be seen as a team leader of a software company. The entire shooting would be wound up in a single schedule of 35 days. There are also a couple of English songs in the film.”
“I’m very happy to do this film especially I am happy to work with my dad who is portraying my dad in the film”, said Arthi Agarwal.

Lyricist Ram Paidisetty informed that he wrote many songs for Prajarajyam party and also for Posani’s previous film ‘Rajavari Chepalacheruvu’. He thanked Posani for choosing him once again to write songs in ‘Gentleman’.

Music director Mallikarjuna Sharma said, “Out of five songs in the film there is one English song for which the lyrics were provided by Ranipulojama Devi.”

Producer Nallam Srinivas expressed his happiness to see his favourite star Chiranjeevi tapping the clap board for the film he is producing. Dr Brahmanandam is portraying the role of Shankaragiri Manyalu. The film is about the human relations and every wife and husband will identify themselves at one scene or other.”

Natasha who is the model says that this is her first film and that she is visiting Hyderabad for the first time.

Surekha Vani says that she is playing the role of Arthi friend and that this is her third film with Posani.

Sashank Agarwal thanked Posani for giving him the opportunity to act in the film.
