Tushar Gandhi with Mahatma Unit at Bapu Ghat

‘Mahatma’ is the 100th film of Srikanth in the direction of Krishna Vamsi. Therefore, the unit invited Tushar Gandhi, grandson of Mahatma Gandhi for its audio launching ceremony in Hyderabad. Tushar Gandhi visited Bapu Samadhi at Mahatma Gandhi Ghat at Gunfoundry in Hyderabad.

Later while speaking Tushar Gandhi said, “I am honoured to have been invited for this audio launch. I am very impressed with the story of this film ‘Mahatma’. I’ve no interest in present politics. I’ve visited Hyderabad in the past and my favourite food in Hyderabad is Biriyani.”

While questioned about the cruelty in some states, he answered by saying that few leaders are encouraging the crimes for their personal benefits which is unhealthy to the society. Whereas, Gandhiji implemented the principle called ‘Ahimsa’, which the Indian citizens used to follow during the time of independence.
