Baahubali Audio Release

Since the announcement of the audio launch of Sensational director SS Rajamouli’s most prestigious film ‘Baahubali-The Beginning’, it was expected to be an audio function to watch out for. And on Saturday evening, i.e. on June 13, the event played out as expected at NTR Grounds in SV University, Tirupathi. Among those who graced the event were Rebel Star Krishnam Raju, Young Rebel Star Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Tamanna, Rajamouli, Keeravani, Satyaraj, Nassar, Ramya Krishna, Rajamouli, D Suresh Babu, Rama Rajamouli and Sai Korrapati and some others. MM Keeravani has composed the music for this most awaited film. This high budget film is slated for release on July 10, in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages.

Rebel Star Krishnam Raju launched the theatrical trailer, while the audio was revealed by Prabhas fans. The album has been launched under Lahari Music label.

SS Rajamouli is directing ‘Baahubali’ that features Tollywood hunk Prabhas, Tollywood top heroine Anushka Shetty and Milky beauty Tamanna in lead roles while Rana Daggubati is playing the key role. The film is being produced by Sobhu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works banner with K Raghavendra Rao as presenter. MM Keeravani has scored the music.

Speaking on the occasion, Rebel Star Krishnam Raju said, “I’ve watched the trailer. It’s so amazing. For the first time I became tense to speak infront of the mike. Prabhas is audacious and also a good friend. Yesterday, when I was in Delhi, all politicians there asked me who is Rajamouli and what is ‘Baahubali’. I said that Rajamouli is a great director who is taking the Indian cinema to the international level. That grandeur is appearing in the trailer. There is a buzz in the neighboring states that a great film is being made with an amazing story with nearly 200 crores. I’m feeling proud for that. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that we are not lesser to international level. Vijayendra Prasad is a great writer. I’ve good relationship with him since long time. He has provided a gripping story. Rajamouly always tries to film each and every inch of the film greatly. Though the film’s making was somewhat delayed, we are going to watch a great film. Though he is younger than me, I’d like to offer a special salute to Rajamouli for taking our Indian film to the international level. I wish that Rajamouli should make many such prestigious films and get good reputation worldwide. And I wish that they should deliver ‘Baahubali’ in five parts, not just 2 parts.”

Addressing the gathering, Young Rebel Star Prabhas said, “Keeravani garu has provided excellent music. I feel that no one can do better re-recording than him for this film. When Rajamouli approached me during the time of ‘Student No.1’, I said no to him. Everyone liked the film ‘Student No.1’, but it didn’t impress me that much. When Tarak asked me, I watched the preview of ‘Simhadri’. I was very impressed with the film. I felt that I was wrong at that time and now lose the opportunity to work with him. Once again I met him during the audio function of ‘Dill’ and I was hesitated to say him that the film is very impressive. And finally I said to him, “Sir I watched ‘Simhadri’ and it is very impressive.” He said, “We are going to do a film soon.” After that we did ‘Chatrapathi’. Since then our relationship started. His mentality is very different. He is a man with great soul and great character. I’m a big fan of him. I share personal and professional problems with him. He treated me as a soulmate. But, he is much more than that for me. 6 years ago, he asked me for a big film. At that time ‘Magadheera’ was not released and I’ve four flops. He became super star director after the release of ‘Magadheera’. My family members surprised that how such a star director like Rajamouli works with you. Really it’s a big surprise for me. I didn’t expect that he will make such a huge film with me. ‘Baahubali’ is a once in lifetime movie. I’m very happy to be part of this prestigious film. We are coming to the audience with ‘Baahubali’ on July 10.”

Super Director SS Rajamouli shared, “Each and every technician in the film did very hard work. Specially, I would like to say few words about the team. Whenever we were exhausted, Ramya Krishna, who did Sivagami character in the film, boosted our energy levels saying that we are doing a great film. I’m very happy that she is the part of the film. Sathyaraj garu is a gentlemen. Though he is a senior actor, he has a lot of respect on the director. Veteran actor Nassar behaves just like my co-technician. He had once told me that every film should be classic. I remembered those words till now. I feel that I’ve crafted a classic movie. Tamanna is a professional heroine. She has joined the shooting without any hesitation in cold weather conditions in Bulgaria, while being technicians we were hesitant. She works with commitment. I feel that no one can do perfect justice to the Devasena character other than Anushka. If I was asked to work again and again with the same heroine, my first preference is only for Anushka. I’ve already fixed in my mind to make folkloric film with Prabhas. Villain should be hunky in my films than hero. Our only option is Rana. But, he is very busy with films in many languages. When I narrated him the script, he went off silently. After four days, he asked my suggestion and I said him to decide himself. He called me after two to three hours and accepted to act in this. Rana is a very soft person. I’ve learned how to dramatize the character from my father Vijayendra Prasad. Family support is very important when we are crafting such a huge projects. Rama stood by my side and without her support, I may not be able to do this film. If I say anything about Keeravani garu, it may become understatement. We are able to complete the film without any obstacles is only because of Valli garu. My son Karthikeya has managed works related to production. Prabhas stood by my side and he always boosted my energy levels saying that I’m doing an international film. 6 years ago, I said him that we are doing a huge film and 4 years ago, I roughly narrated him the script. And 3 years before I’ve narrated him the entire script of ‘Baahubali’ and 2 years back, I asked 1 year dates of him. He has not only given 2 years dates, but also didn’t even question me in these two years. He has great confidence on the film. He kept his heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. I’m thankful to him.”

Speaking on the occasion, Rana said, “Telugu people are always supporting us since 80 years. I brought up in the cinema atmosphere and so that film’s heroes became my gods and mythological films are my myths. In my point of view, Lord Krishna means Nandamuri taraka Ramarao, Alluri Sitarama Raju means Super Star Krishna and Bhaktha Knnappa means Rebel Star Krishnam Raju. My answer for the question why I’ve chosen the film which is being made from 3years is time doesn’t wait for anyone, but ‘Baahubali’ remains forever like a sculpture. The film is not just a book, it’s an epic like Ramayanam. I’m thankful to Rajamouli garu and producers and Prabhas and everyone for giving me the wonderful opportunity to act in this film.”
