Brothers Audio Release

Surya and Kajal starrer ‘Brothers’ is a bilingual film simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu under the direction of cinematographer cum director K V Anand. Harris Jayraj is composing music. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the Telugu version on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner with K E Gnanavel Raja as presenter. The audio was launched on Saturday, September 29th, 2012 at Taj Krishna Hotel in Hyderabad. VV Vinayak released the audio CDs and presented the first CD to Surya while the trailers were released by Santosh Srinivas and director Dolly. Other prominent guests were Kajal, Karthi, K V Anand, Gnanavel Raja and Kona Venkat.

Addressing the gathering VV Vinayak said, “Surya is my favourite hero who connected with Telugu audience in a very short spam of time. I also like K V Anand garu and his film ‘Rangam’. It’s to be appreciated that he directed this movie inspired by a Thai article. I’m confident he would have filmed extraordinarily. This is also the dream project of Bellamkonda Suresh. I wish them the grand success of audio and the film.”

Director K V Anand said, “I got inspired by a Thai article and prepared the story of ‘Brothers’ based on that. We shot the film for about 120 days. My team worked hard along with me. We are very lucky to get the talented technicians, which is the big asset. Kajal gave a brilliant performance. Surya played conjoined twins and he had to act twice in each scene. We even did 3D animation to show him as twins. Harris provided excellent music. Peter Hynes fights are amazing. CG Works will catch the audience’s attention. We have completed the shooting and dubbing as well. The censor formalities will be completed in the next week. I wish the film will be a big hit.”

Surya said, “Brothers is very a special film for me. When I listened this story 4 years ago it appeared very different and challenging. Akki role is very challenging. It’s a different experience not just for me but for my entire team. ‘Brothers’ is a complete entertainer. Harris Jayraj’s music is superb. The songs in Tamil are very big hit. Peter Hynes fights are highlight of the film. I dubbed myself for my role in Telugu. Sashank penned very good dialogues. I don’t deserve to talk about Anand garu’s work. He crafted the movie fantastically. I’m sure our team see the fruitful results for its hardwork.”

Karthi said, “My brother’s films are like bench marks. I deals with any character with great ease. I dubbed my voice for one of his twin roles in Telugu. It was challenging for me and I took appropriate care while dubbing in Telugu. I hope this will become a prestigious film for my brother Surya.”

Kajal said, “Brothers is a very important project for me. I’m very happy to work with Surya and Anand. I wish the film to become a big hit.”

Gnanavel said, “We are very happy to associate with Bellamkonda Suresh. We are releasing the film on October 12th. I hope the film will be a big hit in Telugu and Tamil.”

Bellamkonda Suresh said, “The expectations would be generally high as the film is in K V Anand and Surya combination. I’m very confident that this movie will become as big hit as ‘Aadi’ and ‘Kanchana’ and will stand as prestigious film for our banner. ‘Brothers’ is sure to be on top ten movies of this year in Telugu. I personally felt that Deepavali would be the right time for releasing the film than October 12th. I request Gnanavel garu to cooperate and support me.”
