Ongole Githa Pre-Release Press Meet

Ram-Kriti Karbanda starrer ‘Ongole Githa’ which is directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and produced by BVSN Prasad is releasing on February 1st. So on this occasion a press meet was organised on this morning (January 31st) at FNCC in Hyderabad. Ram, Kriti Karbanda, Bommarillu Bhaskar and film presenter Bhogavalli Bapineedu spoke to the media.

Bommarillu Bhaskar said, “For the first time I’ve completed the post-production work in a cool manner. We have even completed the censor formalities. ‘Ongole Githa’ is the entertainment package film. This film will entertain the audience in theaters. We have shown Ram in a different role. I dealt his hyper activeness with my direction. Kriti performed well as a city girl. We shot the film in Mirchi yard for more than 40 days. We chose Guntur Mirchi Yard to shoot the film after researching other market yards in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The size of the market yard is about 60 acres. I must thank my entire team for their cooperation because I took them their without their knowledge to shoot the film. As per the story demand Prakash Raj garu had to perform a nude scene. He enjoyed doing his role. I love being called as ‘Bommarillu’ Bhaskar forever. We experimented with a folk number in this film. The movie will showcase the real folk artists in the song. Since G V Prakash was busy with his other projects, Mani Sharma garu did a mass song and re-recording work. My producer is my darling. Bapineedu garu had taken care of the entire production.”

Ram said, “We have completed the censor formalities and the movie is releasing on February 1st. We worked hard and did our best at extreme level. Many were confused and shocked to know that ‘Ongole Githa’ directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar got ‘A’ certificate. But there is nothing to worry for it. It’s a full-fledged family movie which the audience can watch comfortably. Everything was shocking right from its launch, be it the title, mirchi yard and now the censor certificate. However, it’s a cool flick which can be watched by all happily.”

Kriti Karbanda said, “Songs are excellent, both audio and visuals. The movie will entertain the audience completely.”
