Maanja Motion Poster Launch

‘Maanja’ that stars Kishan SS, Avika Gor, Deep Pathak, Naresh Dingri, Esha Deol and Jaya Karthik as the lead, is being produced by Giridhar Mamidipalli and Padmaja Mamidipalli on Giridhar Production House banner with Raj Kandukuri as presenter. SS Kishan is directing the film. Meanwhile, the film’s motion poster has been launched on Thursday, i.e. on October 15 in Hyderabad. Heroine Avika Gor launched the motion poster.

HR Srikanth said, “Kishan became model when he was 3 and half years old. From the age of 4 years he earned editing and sound engineering works. He directed a film title ‘Care of Footpath’ when he was 9 years old. He won 11 national awards. Now, he has directed ‘Care of Footpath-2’ based on the real incidents. I’m sure this different film ‘Maanja’ will impress everyone.”

Avika Gor said, “I’m very happy to be part of this film. I’m working with Giridhar after ‘Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki’. He is like our family member. I’m thankful to the director and producers for trusting me and given me this opportunity. Kishan has crafted the film wonderfully. I’m extremely confident that ‘Maanja’ will impress everyone.”

Speaking on the occasion, director SS Kishan said, “Two years ago, I met child offenders in a program. I realized many things from them. I’ve readied this script on that basis. It’s a never touched concept. Avika Gor has acted naturally. We have submitted the film for the lateral entry in general category of Oscar Awards. Related committee have to decide soon. Maanja is the abrasive string used for fighter kites. It is gummed, coloured and coated with powdered glass. The glass coated coloured threads tied with kites fly in open air and cuts another kites by this Maanja. It also creates hazards on Human and that is why we have given ‘Aatakaina…Vetakaina…’ as tag line. The film will be very near to the reality.”

Producer Giridhar Mamidipalli said, “I have listened to the script during the shooting of ‘Lakshmi Rave Maa Intiki’. I was very thrilled after listening to the script. Kishan has trusted me and given me the opportunity to release the film in Telugu. We are planning to release the audio soon and the film in the next month.”

Dialogue writer Vamsi Chandra Vattikuti said, “’Maanja’ is a different film. It’s an every touched film. Kishan, Srikanth and Giridhar have extracted good dialogues from me. I’m thankful to the director and producers from giving me this opportunity.”
