Jai Hind 2 Press Meet

Arjun is self-directing a film titled ‘Jai Hind-2’ in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada languages. ‘Jai Hind-2’ is the sequel to ‘Jai Hind’. The muhurat for this project was held on Monday in Hyderabad. Charlotte Claire and Survin Chawla are the two leading ladies. Harikrishna is the music composer while Venu Gopal handles the camera.

Speaking to the media Arjun said, “I directed the film ‘Jai Hind’ in 1994 and everyone is aware how big hit was that film. Now I’m going to make sequel for it. This film is inspired by the words of Abdul Kalam. I’m dedicating this film to the journalists. I’m playing a common man role. The story is based on today’s education system. It’s a complete commercial movie with attractive screenplay. Shafi’s role is key to the story. We will shoot the film in Delhi and Karnataka for about seven months. Brahmanandam and Raghu babu are doing good comedy roles.”

Subbarami Reddy said, “Arjun is a great actor who should be remembered forever. I wish him to get nation wide recognition through this film. He does any type of role with great ease. His attempt as director and producer should become successful.”

Jagapathi Babu said, “Arjun is doing this film with lot of passion. He is a good friend of mine. So I wish him to get a big success.”

Charlotte Claire said, “Everyone is aware about the success range of ‘Jai Hind’. I wish this film will also become a great success like the earlier one.”
Survin Chawla expressed her happiness for being part of one such wonderful project.

Shafi said, “I’m doing a key role in this film too like in ‘Jai Hind’.

Music director Harikrishna said, “This film will carry the emotion. There is lot of scope for re-recording work.”
