Even though I’m a Telugu guy, I settled in Kannada film industry. I’m doing this film in Telugu and Kannada. While the title in Telugu is ‘Janmasthanam’, it’s ‘Kaligaala’ in Kannada. I’m going to deal with the subject related to atrocities on women in our country right from a remote village to capital city Delhi. I’m going to carve this film keeping the present burning problems of the women in our society. Sai Kumar is playing a key role. We are planning to release the film on August 15th. So far we have shot one and half hour movie in Kannada. This is not a dubbing film. I hope the audience will encourage me just like they did for my previous films.”
Sai Kumar said, “I’ve 40 years of association with the director. Our combination delivered several hits in the past. This movie is a good attempt. Most of my films are message oriented ones. So this film is no exception. Suddala Ashok Teja penned two wonderful songs. The film will showcase how the society will be good if the house is good. I’m playing a key role in this film.”
