Atharintiki Daaredhi Pressmeet

Pawan Kalyan, Samantha and Praneetha starer ‘Attharintiki Daaredhi’ which was written and directed by Privikram Srinivas and produced by BVSN Prasad has successfully completed 25 days run by beating ‘Magadheera’ records in few centers and at the same time join Rs 100 crs club shortly. On this occasion a press meet was organised by the producer BVSN Prasad at his production office in which Samantha also took part.

Samantha said, “Attharintiki Daaredhi is very special for me. I personally felt that the film should become a huge hit. This movie was released after facing lot of problems. Yet it turned out into blockbuster film by God’s grace. I’m happy to note the collections on 25th day which was otherwise I expected it only on 40 days or 50 days. Trivikram garu, producer BVSN Prasad garu and Pawan Kalyan garu, all three are good persons. I’m feeling very happy for working with a wonderful team like that. There is repeat audience for this film. Hence the movie is running in theaters with houseful collections even today. Pawan Kalyan spoke about me in the recent success meet which I consider it as a big award, because no one will talk about a heroine in success meets. I was a huge fan of Pawan Kalyan and after working with him for ‘Attharintiki Daaredhi’, I’ve become even bigger fan for him.”

Regarding her doing ‘Gabbar Singh 2’ Samantha clarified, “I’m not doing ‘Gabbar Singh 2’. Right now I’m doing ‘Manam’, a film with Bellamkonda garu’s son and another film opposite NTR. I was involved in the social service activity earlier and will continue to do it. I appreciate the media for writing wonderfully about Prathyusha Foundation. Trivikram garu treated everyone equally on sets without showing the difference of big and small. The video of making of this film would become a bigger hit than the film if it is released.”

Producer BVSN Prasad said, “I consider myself lucky for getting opportunity to produce this film. This is the biggest hit in the history of 100 years of Telugu Cinema. I’m really very happy for being producer of a film that created a history. Our director Trivikram and hero Pawan Kalyan are the two main persons for the film’s success. So I whole-heartedly thank them both. ‘Magadheera’ was the industry hit till date. ‘Attharintiki Daaredhi’ had already crossed that record in few areas and it’s going to cross in other areas too. We are expecting Rs 100 cr collection soon. We enjoyed while shooting this film. The entire unit cooperated very well. Our hero and director gave a strong support when I was facing lot of problems during the release time. They are the main cause for the film’s huge success today.”
