After a long gap Venkatesh and Meena are paired up for ‘Drishyam’. The film is the remake of super hit Malayalam film. The film is a joint venture of D Suresh Babu and Raj Kumar Sethupathi on the banners Suresh Productions Pvt. Ltd. and Raj Kumar Theaters Pvt. Ltd. with Dr. D Ramanaidu as presenter. Sri Priya is the director. The film has completed the censor formality. It has secured clean U certificate and is all set for worldwide release on 11th of July. On this occasion, the film unit held press conference and shown the film to reporters.
Victory Venkatesh informed the press, “I am confident that the film will impress all audience. Each and every person who acted in ‘Drishyam’ gave wonderful performances.”
“I have done a perfect role in Telugu. I am very happy that I have started my second innings with a wonderful film ‘Drishyam’. I am confident that the film in our combination (Venkatesh and me) is going to be a big hit. I am thankful to the director and producers for giving me this opportunity,” avers Meena.
“‘Drishyam’ is a mixture of family emotions and thrilling elements. Producing ‘Drishyam’ is a wonderful experience for me. The film is all set for worldwide release on July 11th. I am confident that audience will experience a thrill feel. It is quite common that every year industry will have two to three hits. But, a trend setter like ‘Drishyam’ will come only once in four or five years. The film is for every one independent of class or mass, kids or elders,” says one of the producers Suresh Babu.
Rajkuma Sethupathi said, “Suresh Babu is very punctual and involves a lot in the film. I am looking ahead to work with him in many more projects.”
