Featuring Karthi, Nayanatara, Sri Divya and Vivek in lead roles, ‘Kashmora’ which has hit the screens on October 28, is creating sensation. On this occasion, the film unit has arranged success meet on Wednesday i.e. on November 2 in Hyderabad. Pearl V Potluri, Param V Potluri, Kevin Anne, SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu have produced the film under PVP Cinema and Dream Warrior Pictures banners. Gokul is the director.
Speaking at the success meet, Karthi said, “We worked for two and half years for the film. The film has excitement and thrilling elements like in the lines of ‘Yuganiki Okkadu’. The film was perfectly planned before one year of going to the sets. The makers have discussed about huge sets and war sequences. Gokul and team have kept their heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. I was really excite to watch Raj Nayak’s scenes on screen acting without head. I was thrilled after watching him on screen. Children and family audience are enjoying the film. When I watched Kangana Ranaut transformation of character in ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ part 2, I felt that when we will see such characters in Telugu. My dream has been fulfilled through Raj Nayak character in ‘Kashmora’ moulded by Gokul. I enjoyed while doing each and every scene. Audience are also enjoying the character a lot. Nayanatara has given wonderful performance as queen. Sri Divya got a wonderful role. Vivek played father which he has not done so far in his career. I am thankful to audience for making the film a big success.”
On this occasion, Prasad V Potluri said, “Before the release of the film, I already told that ‘Kashmor’ is Diwali blockbuster. Now, it became true. Post the success of ‘Oopiri’, Karthi and PVP banner teamed up for this film and it became big success. It has given me immense happiness. We worked hard for this film for two and half years. Children and family audience are enjoying the interval block, comedy scenes and flashback and everything. We are extremely confident that the film which collected Rs 15 crores within a week, will become much more hit.”
Thanking the audience for making the film a big success, Gokul said, “I know the film will become success, but I didn’t expect that ‘Kashmora’ will impress children and family audience. The success has increased my responsibility to make many good films in future. Karthi has portrayed 3 different characters wonderfully. I would like to work with this talented actor again and again.”
