Vijaya Nirmala Birthday Celebration 2009

Actress cum director Vijaya Nirmala celebrated her birthday today on the sets of ‘Neramu Siksha’ in presence of the unit members and Krishna fans.

Addressing the gathering she expressed her happiness for Krishna who received the Doctorate last year and Padma Bhushan this year. Infact all his fans felt that Krishna garu could have been awarded Padma Bhushan quite sometime back. But they must really feel happy for Krishna garu being given this prestigious award. She informed that presently shooting of ‘Neramu Siksha’ is at progress.

Krishna on his part thanked everybody and whole-heartedly wished that Vijaya Nirmala too qualifies for this award due to her long service to the film industry as director and actress.

Naresh felt happy for celebrating his mother’s birthday in the presence of fans. He also expressed his desire that Vijaya Nirmala should get Padma Bhushan award in recognition of her work in the film field and for entering the Guinness Book of World Records as women director who directed highest number of films.

Diddi Rambabu, president of Krishna Fans association expressed happiness for awarding Padma Bhushan to Krishna and wished Vijaya Nirmala also to achieve the same feat.
