‘The Bollywood Classics’ book written by Mohammad Khadeer Babu has been published in Sakshi daily magazine for quite a few weeks. Now the same is released in the form of a book on July 25th, 2010 at Kanki Restaurant, Hyderabad. Dr Dasari Narayana Rao unveiled the book and presented the first copy of it to Lagadapati Sridhar. Other prominent guests in the function were Tanikella Bharani and editor of Sakshi Features Ram.
Later addressing the gathering Dr Dasari Narayana Rao said, “We Telugus have a large heart to encourage actors and their films belonging to other states. We also make research and write books about them. But one can never find reciprocation. I am associated with many actors mentioned this film, that gave me a special feeling while reading this book. I hope writer Khadeer Babu will write ‘Telugu Classic’ in the near future.”
Lagadapati Sridhar said, “I feel proud to receive the first copy of this valuable book released by Dasari garu. Right from my childhood I grew with passion for films. Everyone must make a attempt to read this book because one can get the idea of creating new stories by reading this book.”
Ram said, “I started a programme on Khadeer Babu’s ‘Bollywood Classics’ in Sakshi TV, and now TRP rating has increased after few episodes. I wish Khadeer Babu will write a book on Dasari gari Classics in future.”
Mohammad Khadeer while speaking, “I firstly thank the editorial director of Sakshi Magazine Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, Sakshi editor Murali and Features editors Priyadarsani Ram and my colleagues in family section. I also thank Dr Dasari Narayana Rao garu for gracing this function and unveiling my book and Lagadapati Sridhar for his support in launching this book.”
