Celebrity Cricket League Trophy Launch

The final of CCL (Celebrity Cricket League) will be held on 12th June in Hyderabad. On this occasion the CCL brand ambassador Shriya Saran, Tashu Kaushik and CCL director Murthy attended the press meet on June 10th at Hotel Dasapalla in Hyderabad.

Shirya said, “There is a lot of craze for cricket and films in India. So far all CPL matches went on well and I hope that the finals will also go very well. It was a unique opportunity to meet my friends through these CCL matches. Being a brand ambassador I’m not supposed to encourage any one team. Thus I will support the winning team. The audience will get to see my performance for the ‘Ringa Ringa’ song after the final match. All teams are practicing well, playing well and giving a tough fight to each other, vying to reach the finals. Akhil is playing excellently. I’m very happy that everyone are working hard and entertaining the audience for a good cause.”

Tashu Kaushik said, “I’m very happy for being associated with CCL. The movie stars are entertaining the crowds without any make-up. I’m very happy to be part of one such event.”

CCL Director Murthy said, “All cricket matches held in Bengaluru were successful. The audience enjoyed not just the cricket matches but also some good entertainment. The semi-finals will take place in Vizag and the finals in Uppal, Hyderabad. These matches would certainly entertain the audience.”
