Award-awarding & Fine-dining Hyderabadi Restaurant "Jewel of Nizam" has been in the news ever since it started. Continuing with the royal legacy of Nizami cuisine and its rich heritage, Jewel of Nizam has been catering to Hyderabadi food lovers with its century old recipe handed over by generations.

In an endeavor to thank and delight our patrons of Jewel of Nizam, we have planned a 1 O-day food festival - "Jewels of India".
The Jewels of India food festival brings many of the delectable Royal cuisines of India under one roof. It's time for a celebration that only Kings can think of. This food festival also coincides with the first year anniversary of Jewel of Nizam.

For the grand occasion, The Golkonda Hotel has roped in Chef Mujeebur Rehman along with congregation of celebrity chefs flown across the country to stir the delectable delicacies of a golden past.

Chef Mujeebur Rehman has been a visionary chef who has been extensively researching on royal cuisines. He underwent four years of rigorous research to dig out recipes from the siblings of Royal Khansamas of Nawabs and many lesser known royal delicacies, further promoting the same from disappearing in oblivion. We endeavor to familiarize our patrons with gourmet connoisseur and princely cuisines by organizing the Jewels of India mega fest.
