Hamstech Recycled Regalia & Miraculous Weaver Workshop

HAMSTECH Institute of Fashion and Interior Design believes in providing effective platform for students to explore their creative side. It is essential to be updated in the dynamic industry of Fashion and with the same endeavor that HAMSTECH organized a two day work shop on Recycle Regalia & Miraculous Weaver on July 26 and 27 at its newest centre of Jubilee Hills.

The dav one workshop showcased the concept of waste recycling while lending it a creative and fashionable touch. The participants were the students of 2013 batch of the Institute and also the enthusiasts who walked in to enquire about the courses that day. The materials used by the students included wrappers of several edible products, silver foils, bubble wraps, polythene covers, negative reels, shells, wires and many more interesting wastes available around us.

The day two was to showcase the talent of the seniors students of the Institute. The concept for the day was to pay an ode to the Miraculous Weavers of handloom fabrics. Accordingly students designed various garments using varied types of handloom fabrics.

A sparkling ramp walk was the final touch to the workshop on both the days. The student models displayed the garments created during the workshop. Students were awarded in nine categories including Best team, Best accessorized, Most creative and so on.
