Rajnikanth starrer Darbar was to release on the 10th January 2020. The makers have now advanced the release of the film by a day. Darbar will be releasing on 9th January 2020. Lyca Productions are making this film.
The makers have decided to get their film one day early so that they can avoid some competition with the other big films that will release during this season.
Darbar is directed by A R Murugadoss and we will be seeing Rajni in cop's role. Nayanatara is the leading lady. Anirudh Ravichander has scored music for this film.
Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru will be releasing on January 11. So Darbar wants to avert any direct competition with this one.
