Tanish's 'Mahaprasthanam' shoot commences

The shooting of Tanish's 'Mahaprasthanam' (Journey of an emotional killer) has commenced in Hyderabad. Tanish sounded clap for the muhurat shot on God's pictures. The makers say that the film will be an intense love story in action backdrop. Johnny is the director.

Muskaan Sethi plays the female lead in this movie, which also has Kabir Duhan Singh, Bhanu Sri Mehra of 'Varudu' fame in important roles.

Tanish said, "It's been more than a year since I entered a film sets. I've listened to many stories in the mean time and they didn't excite me. When Johnny narrated 'Mahaprasthanam' script, I was very impressed and it inspired me a lot. Everything fell into place then after and we started shooting in a month. I had a knee operation recently and my director Johnny doubted if we will be able to do this action film. But the story has given strength to us and made us step forward. We will give our everything for this movie".

Director Johnny said, "I made 'Anthaku Minchi' movie in the past. This is my second film. 'Mahaprasthanam' is a great book written by Sri Sri garu and we were not sure if we will do justice to that title. It's a very emotional film and doesn't look like a regular film. We are confident about this script. We've started regular shooting today. The film will be shot non-stop from January".

Kabir Duhan Singh said, "It's been a while since I did a Telugu movie. When I was looking for a good script, the story of 'Mahaprasthanam' impressed me a lot. The hero's fight for his love will be very emotional".

Shubhangi Pant, Gagan Vihari, Amit, Ravi Kale, Kancharapalem Raju are among others who will be seen in other roles. Dialogues are by Vasantha Kiran and Yanala Siva.Sunil Kashyap is the music director.
