Kochadaiyaan with performance capturing technology in 3D ADVERTISEMENT We are aware that Rajnikanth has put aside his ‘Rana’ film and is presently concentrating on another film titled ‘Kochadaiyaan’ that will be directed by none other than his younger daughter Soundarya. The story of this film is written by K S Ravi Kumar (the director who was supposed to direct Rana) is on the periodic backdrop based on the incidents occurred during Pallavas’ era. As per the Chennai sources Rajnikanth will portray the role of King Ranadhiran. The makers are planning to make this movie on par with the technical standards of Hollywood flicks like ‘Avataar’, ‘The Adventure of Tin Tin’, etc. Discussions are already going on with cinematographer Rajeev Menen for making this film with performance capturing technology in 3D format. A R Rahman will score the music. ‘Kochadaiyaan’ is set for release in August 2012. Rajni is still fresh in the minds of film lovers as Chitti, now we have to wait for a while to see him in a new avatar.
