MAA (Movie Artists Association) is going to start Anti-Drug Walk on July 30 at 7 a.m. against drugs. Today, MAA President Shivaji Raja and general secretary Naresh went to Excise minister Padmarao’s residence and requested him to grace the program as chief guest. According to the reports, the minister has responded positively.
On this occasion, Minister said, “As per our honourable Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao garu’s orders, our government’s main aim is to make Hyderabad as drugs-free city. The SIT officials’ investigations are transparent and clear. They are not targeting the film industry particularly. Cinema industry also supporting the government to make Hyderabad as drugs-free city by starting Anti-Drug Walk. It’s really an appreciable.”
MAA member Suresh Kondeti and TRS youth leader Kiran Goud were also present at the meet.
