Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Akhanda' is said to have been postponed to September. Due to the fierce wave of coronavirus, its release in May and June is totally ruled out. In July, too, the situation may not stabilize. August is likely to be booked by other big-ticket films like 'Acharya'.
Keeping the tight situation in view, producer Miryala Ravinder Reddy is rumoured to have conveyed to distributors to wait till September. Since it's inevitable to wait out, the stakeholders are believed to have agreed to the deferment.
The film, directed by Boyapati Srinu, has music by Thaman. Pragya Jaiswal is its heroine.
Balayya's fans, for now, are savouring the stupendous success of its teaser. When the film releases, they are surely going to watch it with fervour on the first day.
