There is a new producer in the town. And it is filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj himself. After wielding the megaphone for the pathbreaking 'Vikram' and the recent 'Leo', he was expected to take his career to the next level. And he indeed has taken the next big step by deciding to produce movies under a newly-floated banner named G-Squad.
"After directing 5 films, I am delighted to announce the launch of my production venture – G Squad, dedicated toward redefining the landscape of storytelling and entertainment. The first few productions will feature the work of my close friends and assistants to encourage and promote their creative ideas," the 'Master' and 'Kaithi' director today tweeted.
He further wrote, "I sincerely wish that you all watch, enjoy, and shower the same support that you all have given me so far.”
This comes days after an interesting rumour surfaced on social media. Lokesh is purportedly planning to expand the Lokesh Cinematic Universe by letting his assistants and close friends direct a couple of LCU movies.
