After a hiatus (forced by a severe fracture and injury), the talented Naveen Polishetty is back with a bang. He will be seen as a middle-class guy who wants the world to believe that he is a miniature mogul of sorts. He dreams of spending a bomb on his wedding.
Titled Anaganaga Oka Raju, this film is helmed by Maari. Lucky Baskhar fame Meenakshi Chaudhary is its heroine. In its latest video, the titular character pretends to be on a call with Mukesh Ambani. Naveen's trademark comedy style from Jathi Ratnalu is evident in his body language. But the best thing about it is that it doesn't seem repetitive at all. "A small video introducing the madness of Raju and our lovely team. There’s loads of fun and love coming your way! So so happy to be back to entertain you all,” wrote the actor, known for a hat-trick.
The film, to be released sometime in 2025, is bankrolled by S Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas. Mickey J Meyer and J Yuvraj are its music director and cinematographer, respectively.
