Ram Charan's cutout: Who needs International Wonder Book of Records?

Ram Charan's 256-foot cutout that was unveiled on Sunday in Vijayawada has apparently made it to the "International Wonder Book of World Records". If you are wondering what the Book is all about, nobody knows about it. It was established by an Indian in 2010 and its record-keeping is limited to achievements by Indians. It's not like Americans, Europeans, Canadians and Chinese are not allowed but they don't care. You have to have some unexplainable urge for meaningless headlines to vie for an entry in this alleged global record-keeping book.

The makers of Game Changer have described the entry as a "historic milestone", though. After the sobriquet 'Global Star', this is another bombastic, pompous-sounding stuff one should actually have no interest in. Content matters more than anything. These headlines don't fetch anything. And sobriquets satisfy only your fan base.

Game Changer, directed by Shankar, will head to theatres on January 10th. Its Trailer will be out on January 1st. Its pre-release event (to be held in the first week of the month) will see the attendance of Pawan Kalyan, the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh.
