Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela were recently at the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Shah Rukh Khan was also present on the occasion.

As per Zeba Hassan, a member from the make-up team of Upasana, the 'Jawan' actor used the words 'Idly, Vada,' while inviting the 'RRR' actor onto the stage. It was the 'Pathaan' actor's way of pointing out the southern origin of the Mega Power Star. Zeba wrote on Instagram that she left the place in a huff at what SRK said.

Netizens are angry with the 'Dunki' actor using cheap 'humour'. Usually, words like 'Sambar' are used to refer to Tamilians in a derisive way. For Telugus and southerners in general, 'Idly' and 'Vada' are used.

At the time of writing this news, no statement has been issued by SRK's team.
