Amitabh Bachchan has reportedly made amounts to the tune of Rs 83 Cr by selling off his duplex apartment in the Andheri locality of Mumbai. The residential property spans 5,185 sq ft of carpet area. It was a 168% return on investment for Big B.
Last June, Big B spent around Rs 60 Cr to acquire three commercial properties in Mumbai. The actor also paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.57 Cr towards the same. The legendary acting icon is into realty deals of this sort.
In August 2023, Big B bought four office units in Mumbai. Warner Music India pays him an annual rent of Rs 2.07 Cr for the same.
On the work front, Amitabh was seen in Kalki 2898 AD last year. Another southern movie in which he was seen was Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth in the lead. While Prabhas' movie was a blockbuster, Rajinikanth's movie was a flop.
