Global Star Ram Charan's 16th movie is titled Peddi. Its title poster and first look was unveiled today marking the actor's birthday. Starring Janhvi Kapoor as the heroine, this Buchi Babu Sana directorial has music composed by AR Rahman.
Releasing the poster, producer Venkata Satish Kilaru of Vriddhi Cinemas stated that the movie is going to be raw and fierce. Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings are also producing this promising pan-India movie.
The Rangasthalam actor has undergone a "stunning, rugged metamorphosis" for his author-backed role in the movie. While being unfiltered and rooted, he looks at ease. The Magadheera actor is playing a gigantic role in this epic-scale action drama with a sports backdrop. Ram Charan sports a thick beard and curly hair. He has a stern expression and is holding a lit sparkler, which adds a sense of danger and intensity to the image. The background is dark and smoky, with a crowd of people holding flags, suggesting a chaotic setting.
The makers are investing a huge sum of money in making this movie with technical finesse and visual brilliance. Its ensemble cast includes Sandalwood superstar Dr. Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma. Cinematographer R Rathnavelu, editor Navin Nooli and production designer Avinash Kolla are taking care of key departments.
