The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has reportedly issued a notice to a property owned by Allu Aravind and Allu Arjun. As per a Telugu news daily, the GHMC's Circle-18 officials have sent a show-cause notice to the Allu family regarding an "unauthorized penthouse" constructed on top of the Allu Business Park building in Jubilee Hills, Road No. 45, Hyderabad.

The Allu family had obtained permissions for a four-floor building, but they allegedly added an extra penthouse without GHMC approval. Construction of the Allu Business Park began in November 2023, on the 101st birth anniversary of the late actor Allu Ramalingaiah, and it serves as a hub for family businesses like Geeta Arts and Allu Arts. The notice demands an explanation from the family on why the illegally built penthouse should not be demolished.

At the time of writing, there was no statement from the Allu family. In the past, the properties of some other film celebs based in Hyderabad received notices from officials. Last year, the demolition of Nagarjuna's N-Convention by the HYDRAA became a sensation. Months later, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy claimed that the Kuberaa and Coolie actor himself voluntarily surrendered his rights over the disputed property after the action by the HYDRAA.
