Mukunda Success Meet

‘Mukunda’, in which Mega Brother Nagababu’s son Varun Tej was introduced as hero and was released on 23rd of December, is running successfully with a hit talk. On this occasion, producers held success meet on Tuesday i.e. on 6th of January in Hyderabad. The film was released amidst huge expectations as this is the first film for Varun Tej who came from Mega Family. This family entertainer was directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) under Leo Productions banner with Tagore Madhu as presenter. Pooja Hegde played the female lead role.

Speaking at the success meet, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao said, “’Mukunda’ received good success. My beloved Nagabanbu’s son Varun Tej acted well in the film. I played father role. The film has already got good success and I wish that the film will become big commercial hit.”

Speaking on the occasion, Rao Ramesh said, “’Mukunda’ received good success than I expected. Varun Tej received big success with the first film itself. He performed well as a responsible guy, having respect on women and a matured guy. The film will stand out as a best film in Varun Tej’s career.”

Ali expressed his views saying, “’Mukunda’ became one of the hit movies in the year 2014. How ‘Abhilasha’ brought good name to Rao Gopal Rao and Chiranjeevi, ‘Mukunda’ is like Rao Ramesh and Varun Tej. Earlier, people used to introduce Rao Ramesh as son of Rao Gopal Rao. Now, we are calling Rao Goapal Rao as father of Rao Ramesh. Rao Ramesh performed well. In the same way Varun Tej acted well in the first film itself.”

Director Srikanth Addala said, “’Mukunda’ is a journey. Tagore and Bujji are main assets of this journey. They trusted me and my story and readily accepted to produce this film. The film has received good success. Each and every one has worked hard for the good outcome of the film. Trade department also saying that the film has collected 13 to 14 Cr. I wanted to do many more films in future with Varun Tej even if he becomes a star hero. In the same way I wanted to work with Tagore Madhu and Nallamalupu Bujji. Rao Ramesh and Varun along with all artists and technicians worked hard for the film. I’m thankful to everyone who worked for the film.”
