Uma Maheswari Cinemas’ titled ‘Vykuntapali’ (meaning Snake & Ladder) featuring Krishnudu is being directed by Anil Gopal Reddy and produced by P Swathi and P Satyadeep. The film’s logo was released today by Krishnudu and Randhir at Kunaal Guest House in Hyderabad.

Later speaking to the media Krishnudu said, “We should learn that in our life there are not only ladders to climb but also snakes that swallow us. The posters will surely attract the crowd and I’m very confident about this movie’s success. My role in this film is quite interesting.”

Randhir said, “After ‘Happy Days’ I did few films but I got the right script at the right time I believe. This story is excellent. The director crafted the film exactly what he narrated as a story. I’m sure this movie will give me a needed break.”

Director Anil Gopal Reddy said, “We started this film in 2009 and worked on the script for about a year. We shot this film within a span of 42 days in Hyderabad and Vizag. Right now the editing work is going on. We made this film targeting the youth audience. We are planning to release the audio during the 2nd week of this month and the film by the month end.”

Producer P Satyadeep Reddy also expressed his satisfaction towards the output of the film. He thanked the cast and crew members for their co-operation and their work.

Harshvardhan felt that his role should have been a bit long. Tashu also expressed that the director has extracted the best performance from her.
