Ragada Triple Platinum Disc

The triple platinum disc function of Nagarjuna-Veeru Potla’s ‘Ragada’ was held at Cinemax in Hyderabad. D Siva Prasad Reddy produced the flick under Sri Kamakshi Enterprises banner. The function was attended by Nagarjuna, Veeru Potla, D Siva Prasad Reddy, Rama Jogayya Sastry, Tanikella Bharani, Prakash, Vijay, etc.

Nagarjuna while speaking, “My feeling for ‘Ragada’ is similar to that of my feeling when I saw ‘Ye Maya Chesave’. I slept peacefully after watching the film. All songs are very nice to hum along. But mostly I keep humming the song ‘Ayya Baaboi’. Vijay master’s fights were too good in this film. Composing class songs are very easy comparative to mass songs. In this regard Thaman composed very good music. I learnt that Veera Potla likes me a lot. It seems that his desire for the past 10 years was to portray me in the manner he designed my character in this film. My character in this film is called Kadapa and we used the Rayalaseema accent to some extent only. But the character’s arrogance is seen in that accent only. The film’s output has come out very well due to the team’s hard work. It’s since long time I’ve done a mass film, hence this ‘Ragada’. I thank you all on this occasion.”

Veeru Potla said, “Music was aptly suitable to the film and so as the lyrics. The songs were looking more attractive visually. I hope everyone will like this film."

Rama Jogayya Sastry said, “I’m very happy to get the opportunity to write all songs in the film. I thank everyone on this occasion.”

D Siva Prasad Reddy also appreciated Thaman’s music and Rama Jogayya’s lyrics.
