Kameena Press Meet

Lakshmikanth Chenna’s ‘Kameena’ is based on Johnny Gaddar’s Hindi film. The director carved the same in Telugu with elements that suit the Telugu nativity. Krish and Lekha Washington are the lead pair in this film which is set for release on 13th. Varaprasad Reddy Arimanda is producing it on Kubera Cinemas banner with Vijaya Sarada Reddy Arimanda as its presenter.

In a press meet organised at Film Chamber recently, director Lakshmikanth Chenna said, “Kameena is a crime story with ample entertaining and commercial elements. Agasthya rendered wonderful music. His re-recording will be the highlight. Sai Kumar and Brahmaji’s roles are special attractions. The film is going to be released on September 13th.”

Sai Kumar said, “My role in this film is next to the role I played in ‘Prasthanam’. Several senior artists are also part of this film. Krish gave a superb performance. The film tells how dangerous it is to be selfish. I’m sure everyone will like the film.”

This is Krish’s debut film. Brahmaji played the role of Vinay Pathak in this film.
