Beneficiaries share the first and the third female born goat/sheep and 5 chicks with neighboring poor either in own village or the neighboring village.

The livestock that's grown and ready for the market is purchased at remunerative price and transported to the city for consumption.
Country Chicken take 18 weeks to attain a weight of 1.5 kgs while a male goat/sheep takes 24 weeks to attain a body weight of 25 kgs. In combination chicken and goat are likely to yield an annual income of Rs. 40000-.
People can join hands with us by contributing either livestock viz., female goats/sheep or take a l/lO* share of cost of a female sheep which is Rs. 500/-. We celebrate numerous occasions in our lives such as birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions or even engage in acts of sporadic charity in times of difficulty.

Execution Process after Adopting a Village
1. Engage elders of the village who will support the initiative and are deeply interested in helping the most impoverished.
2. Set up a LANGAR (A Free Meal Table) - Provide one free meal every day to anyone who is challenged or is in need of nutritious food.
3. Engage those who are regular at the table in a dialog on nature of their economic challenges and possible solutions
4. Identify and Shortlist beneficiaries
5. Offer to support with livestock and introduce the conditions
6. Take commitments in presence of village elders, invite them to form self help groups
7. Evolve norms through Participatory Dialogue
8. Setup Learning Center
9. Give Live Stock
10. Engage in Learning: Livelihood Skills
