Ram Laxman Foundation's Free Eye Check Up Camp

Taking a cue from the senior artists who have proved that making money should not just stop with earnings and savings, but also give back to the society in some form or the other, the infamous fight masters Ram-Lakshman also have now come to limelight through their social organisation ‘Ramlakshman Foundation’. They have adopted a village Nandikuntapalem and are working on development of roads, drinking water, etc., besides giving monthly pensions to old people in 15 surrounded villages. Apart from that, the duo has organised an eye camp with free check-up facilities on July 8th. This is for poor workers from 24 crafts of Telugu film industry. The eye camp was inaugurated by R Narayana Murthy and Dr Srihari in which AP Film Federation General Secretary K Rajeswara Reddy and ITO Venkateswara Rao. This programme organised with support from Pushpagiri eye hospital does not just end up conducting eye check-up but also providing spectacles and treatment including operations.
