Bollywood Actor Freddy Daruwala To Make Tollywood Debut With Ravi Tej's Cop Drama

Indian model and Bollywood actor Freddy Daruwala is making his Tollywood debut through Ravi Teja’s upcoming cop drama. The actor, who won the hearts of audience with his debut film ‘Holiday’ and is riding high on the success of two consecutive films ‘Force 2’ and ‘Commando 2’, is very excited about foraying into Tollywood. He says, “Director Vikram Siri, who watched my debut film ‘Holiday’, was very much impressed by my performance and felt that that I would be perfect apt to the villain role in Ravi Teja’s upcoming film. I was very impressed by the character narrated by Siri.”

Describing his character in the film, Freddy says, “I am playing an extremely corrupt guy in the film. My role in the film has ample scope to perform. Ravi Teja plays a powerful cop who is out to get me.”

“I watch the Hindi dubbed versions of all Telugu films and I have watched the films of Ravi Teja, Mahesh babu, Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna. I have joined a crash course to learn Telugu basics. Director Vikram Siri assured me that a translator will help me get the dialogues right,” the actor added.

Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions head Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) is producing this cop drama with Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja as the lead. Vikram Siri is wielding the megaphone. Vakkantham Vamsi has provided the script. The film’s shoot will commence in May.
