Bollywood hit machine acquires 'Geetha Govindam' remake rights

Bollywood hit machine Rohit Shetty, who directed films like 'Chennai Express', 'Singham', 'Siimba' etc, has acquired the Hindi remake rights of Vijay Deverakonda's blockbuster movie 'Geetha Govindam'.

Released last year, 'Geetha Govindam' has turned out to be one of the biggest hits not only in Vijay Devarakonda's career, but also in Tollywood. The film, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, was produced by Geetha Arts and directed by Parasuram.

With 'Arjun Reddy', Vijay Deverakonda has grabbed the attention of Bollywood audiences and it's remake 'Kabir Singh' has turned out to be one of the biggest hits this year. Let's see who is going to star in the remake of 'Geetha Govindam' and who is going to wield the megaphone as Rohit Shetty will probably only produce it.
