Shiva Kandukuri, Priyanka Jawalkar play lovers in 'Gamanam'

It's known that Shriya Saran's 'Gamanam', directed by Sujana Rao (a debutante), will be brought out in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. The film has got an ensemble cast, which includes Nithya Menen, too.

On Monday, the makers revealed that budding actor Shiva Kandukuri and 'Taxiwala' actress Priyanka Jawalkar are playing love birds in the movie. Their first look poster was released. If the former is Ali, the latter is Zara in the realistic drama. "Shiva is playing a sportsperson, while Priyanka is a typical Muslim girl draped in traditional attire," the makers said, unveiling their looks.

With dialogues by Sai Madhav Burra, the film has music by maestro Ilayaraja. Cinematography is by Gnana Shekar VS. Post-production works are currently on.

The film, which has Shriya in a mute role, is being produced by Ramesh Karutoori, Venki Pushadapu and Gnana Shekar VS.
