'Amma Deevena' has given me so much satisfaction: Aamani

'Amma Deevena' is an upcoming movie highlighting the importance of mothers in our lives. Directed by Siva Eturi, the film will release in theatres on January 29.

Ahead of its release, Aamani, who plays the titular role, has said that she loved the story and that's why she came on board to do the family entertainer. "Many of the scenes are strong. Many years after 'Shuba Sankalpam', I have done a deglam role for the first time. This film traces the journey of a woman from a young age to old age. She is mother to five children and how she makes them capable is the crux of the story," Aamani said.

"What kind of sacrifices she makes for the well-being of her family is what the story traces. The film also delivers the message that suicide is not the solution when tribulations stare us in the face," Aamani added.

The entire story of 'Amma Deevena' revolves around the female protagonist. Posani Krishna Murali has got a pivotal role.

The producers said that Aamani has pulled off the lead role so well. "We all know that she has entertained us over the years in a number of good roles. Our film talks about the greatness of the mother's love," they added.

Nataraj, Sri Pallavi, Sharanya, Sathya Prakash, Shruti, DS Rao, Kavya, Yashwant and others are part of the cast. Dances are by Ganesh Swamy, Nagaraju and Chiranjeevi. Fights are by Nandu. Music is by SVH.
