Character artiste Kashi Vishwanath has questioned those who are criticizing Megastar Chiranjeevi over his charity works during the corona crisis. In his long social media post, he talked about how the 'Sye Raa' actor has made it to the top despite his humble background.

"He has made a fortune in life without resorting to unethical means. He pays Income Tax and other taxes sincerely. He makes smart investment decisions. He is saving lives by investing on Blood banks, eye banks and other noble causes," KV wrote.

The actor added that Chiru has always been there at the forefront of helping people when natural calamities and suchlike struck the Telugu States.

Going beyond, KV said that right from the days of NTR and ANR to Krishna, Krishnam Raju, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Mohan Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas and others have helped people within their means.

He lauded Chiru's works at the Corona Crisis Charity. "Through CCC, he has come to the rescue of needy cine workers," KV wrote. He recalled that the 'Acharya' actor had helped out the Director's Council in the past.

He lauded Chiru for setting up oxygen plants. "Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela are also involved in these noble works. Such a great man has been trolled recklessly on social media," he lamented.
