Prasanth Varma introduces his 'Hanu-Man' supervillain

'Hanu-Man', starring Teja Sajja, is directed by Prasanth Varma. The superhero movie, which features high-intense action sequences, has been in the making since last year.

The news is that Vinay Rai, who was seen in last year's Tamil-language blockbuster 'Doctor', is playing a super-villain in this expensive pan-India movie. He is a mad man who wants to become a super-hero. "Like Batman's Joker and Superman's Lex Luthor, Hanu-Man's Michael is a super-villain. His awesome character arc and tech-savvy nature make him a mystery man. Why he ends up in Anjanadri will be interesting to watch," the makers said.

Since the lead man is a super-hero, it is fitting that the 'AWE' and 'Zombie Reddy' director has cast a super-villain as a matching counterfoil. His avatar is larger-than-life. The characterization and BGM should take care of the rest.

Starring Amritha Aiyer as the heroine and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in a key role, the film has music by Anudeep Dev, Hari Gowra, Jay Krish and Krishna Saurabh. Producer K Niranjan Reddy is yet to announce the release date.
