Anthologies are slowly catching up in Telugu. In recent times, we have seen Aha Video's 'Panchatantra Kathalu', Amazon Prime Video's 'Modern Love Hyderabad', SonyLIV's 'Meet Cute', theatrical release 'Panchatantram' and the latest 'Anger Tales' from Disney Plus Hotstar.
And now, a new anthology is up for a theatrical release. It is 'Third Eye', a suspenseful crime thriller with four stories. Starring the likes of Sai Kumar and Srinivas Reddy, this one is directed by Surat Rambabu, K Brahmaiah Acharya, Krishna Mohan, and Maviti Sai Surendrababu. Producers Sunita Rajender and KV Rajamahi said that the anthology is inspired by a true incident that happened in America.
Surya, Mahesh Vaddi, Nirosha, Kaushik Reddy, Pradeep Rudra, Dayananda Reddy, Sashidhar Kausari, Devi Prasad, Madhavi Latha, Satya Sri, Madhu, Divya, and others are part of the cast.
The film will hit the cinemas in April.
Written and helmed by KV Rajamahi, 'Third Eye' has music by Swara. Muzeer Malik is its director of photography. Action choreography is by Shankar Uyyala.
