'Rave Party' is the title of a pan-India film directed by Raju Bongani and starring Krish Siddipalli as the leading man. The film will go on the floors in the first week of April and will be made in Kannada. It will be dubbed and released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam as a proper pan-India release later this year.

The thriller's launch event was on Ugadi attended by 'Karthikeya 2' producer Abhishek Aggarwal, 'Major' director Sasikiran Tikka and others. Suchendra Prasad, Tarak Ponnappa and Pratima will be seen in pivotal roles in the multi-lingual release.

Essentially, the film will explore the social and psychological dimensions of rave parties. The rave party culture, which is predominantly about substance abuse, is catching up in urban areas. What goes into them and how are they operated? Several aspects of this question will be explored by the film.

The film will be shot in realistic locations to bring out the flavour of the subject in a diligent manner.
