'Devil', coming with the tagline 'The British Secret Agent', is directed by producer Abhishek Nama. With dialogues written by Srikanth Vissa, the film is going to hit the cinemas on November 24.

On Tuesday, a duet titled 'Maaye Chesi' was released. Sung by the popular playback singer Sid Sriram, it has been shot on Nandamuri Kalyanram and Samyuktha Menon. The production design, the costumes, and the old-school romance are appealing. Harshavardhan Rameshwar's music is warm. Satya RV's lyrics are impressive. Soundar Rajan S's cinematography captures the rhythm of the bygone era well. Brinda has choreographed the romantic song.

It appears that the 'Virupaksha' actress is playing a secret revolutionary in the movie; we see her holding a book titled 'The Revolution'. The film is set in the British India era.

The film sparked controversy recently when Naveen Medaram's name was replaced with Nama's as the director.
