The other day, music legend AR Rahman announced his separation from his wife, Saira Banu. Something curious happened just hours later. His music associate and bassist Mohini Dey, too, announced her divorce from her husband. This led to the speculation that ARR and Mohini would be getting married.
While ARR has maintained a dignified silence on the issue so far, Mohini has hinted that the gossip is just crap. “I have been getting a humongous amount of requests for interviews and I know exactly what its about so, I have to respectfully turn each one down because I am not interested in fueling into ABSOLUTE BS! I believe my energy is not worth spending on RUMOURS,” she wrote on social media.
