The producer-director-actor trio have got solid plans to release their movie in theatres this year itself. The last week of December is when it will hit the marquee on a grand scale.
There are rumours that Keerthy Suresh will be playing the female lead. Since Rowdy Janardhana is a village-based drama, the Dasara actress has been considered.
Rowdy Janardhana is an apt title, considering that the Arjun Reddy actor is playing a volatile character named Janardhan (rumouredly) and Rowdy is his moniker off-screen. So, the title has a meta ring to it. The Liger actor is gung-ho about Rowdy Janardhana, which is going to be high on both action and drama. Its cast details are yet to be made official.
Vijay Deverakonda, meanwhile, will kick off the Kingdom's promotions soon. The period action drama is directed by Jersey fame Gowtam Tinnanuri. It will head to theatres on May 30th. The film, co-starring Bhagyashri Borse, is produced by S Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas.
